New ezClocker Enhancements

Our team has been working hard to implement features that our customers have requested, in addition to improving our product’s performance. Here is an overview of what has been recently released:


Improved Employee Archive Performance

The engineering team has spent a significant amount of time improving the performance of the employee archive feature. Archiving an employee should now be quicker and more reliable.


One Job Report

If you are using our jobs feature and click the export timesheet button, then select the jobs tab, you should see a new option called One job

This option will allow you to export the timesheets for one job and help with reviewing labor hours for individual jobs.


Add Paid Time Off to Reports

Some of our customers asked us to add the time off hours to some of the reports, like the summary only report, so now if you export the timesheets and select the summary only report you should see a new column called Paid Time Off


Get Notified when an Employee Accepts the Invite

In order to help our customers onboard their employees to ezClocker we added a new notification so you will get notified when an employee accepts the invite. This way you won’t need to be checking with the employee to see if they have accepted the invite or not. Another initiative we are working on is to send a reminder to employees to accept the invite if they haven’t after 24hrs. Our goal is to help you, the employer onboard new employees faster. Improving the Android App Performance for Employees

Some employees reported that the Android app sometimes is not responsive when pressing the clock in/out or break buttons. Or it takes too long to register. Our Android team has been working on this, and we hope to have a new release out by the end of this week addressing this issue.
